Rising Stars in Accelerate 24

Startup Ignite’s DMV Venture Accelerator Program.

Congratulations from all of us at Startups Ignite to JuneBrain and One City Entertainment for being awarded the Highest Growth and Fastest Growth categories in the mid-way pitch competition.

Halfway into the Accelerate24 program, participating startups compete in a pitch event to evaluate the following in a 5 minute presentation where the mentor community evaluates and objectively scores to gauge: Team / Problem Vision / Value Prop / Product: / Market / Business Model / Scale / Exit / Execution / Coachability

The competition had two winning categories of the highest score and the most progress. We awarded both categories with a cash prize in addition to the honors. Ultimately, what we are looking for a repeatable sales process in the pitch which is the cornerstone of a viable business model.
