1. Sr. Finance leader in $1B renewable energy start up (private equity backed), taking company into IPO (failed) and then exited through sale. Was responsible for company valuation and long-term model, cash management and international tax structuring. 2. Co-founded a company (moving industry), It Is Easy Corporation (www.itiseasy.com), currently in early revenues phase. Company won international communications design award (Red Dot).
