Tiger Team Consulting
Starting in 1990, my career path has included systems programming at NCR and AT&T, developing and architecting commercial software applications at American Management Systems (federal contractor), assuming lead and project management roles on various independent contracts, and in 1997 led to Tiger Team. Along the way, I honed an eye for detail and the ability to see matters from a client’s perspective. Perhaps most importantly, he learned that it’s the people that make or break every effort. I have a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

WHAT I LOVE
From 18 years I am running a small software development consultancy, with Agile and Lean experience (CSM, SAFe Agilist certifications), and serving government, commercial, and non-profit clients, including many startups.
Student of Eric Ries' Lean Startup book and have attended the Lean Startup Conference.
Also, I am co-organizer of the Agile Leadership Network, DC Chapter meetup (~850 members)
my why
Being a mentor is very rewarding - I get to work with highly motivated founders while leveraging my experience, and see tangible outcomes over short periods of time. And the more I do it, the more I learn too!
